By using the timeout. website, iOS app, or purchasing a timeout. NFC card, you agree to these terms.

Product

timeout. is a physical NFC card paired with a free iOS app. The app requires a compatible iPhone with NFC capability.

Purchases

Products are sold through third-party marketplaces (Shopee; TikTok Shop coming soon). Refund and shipping policies follow the respective marketplace terms.

App usage

The timeout. app is provided free of charge with no subscription. Emergency unblocks are limited as described in the app and FAQ.

Limitation of liability

timeout. is a tool to help reduce screen time. Results vary. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the product.
